Global Gateway: This is the dilemma of the EU initiative

The EU's Global Gateway infrastructure initiative has a marketing problem: On the one hand, it is supposed to appear as a self-confident alternative to China's new Silk Road - on the other hand, it should not give the impression that competition with the People's Republic is the main driver.
